Develop and manage social campaignsxc2xb7 Create and execute social media campaigns aligned with the organisations goals.xc2xb7 Plan, schedule, and publish content across various social platforms.xc2xb7 Optimise campaign performance by analysing metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.2. Design and produce visually appealing graphicsxc2xb7 Design eye-catching graphics and layouts for both digital and print content.xc2xb7 Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal in all social media materials.3. Monitor, analyse, and report on Social Media Metricsxc2xb7 Regularly track social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.xc2xb7 Analyze data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.xc2xb7 Prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, conversions) for management review.4. Minimum qualification required for this position:xc2xb7 Bachelors degree or equivalent certification and experience in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.xc2xb7 Certification or coursework in social media management or digital marketing.2. Minimum experience required for this position:xc2xb7 Proficiency in desktop publishing software and graphic design tools.xc2xb7 At least two years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organisation.3.
