Develop and monitor digital campaign budgets - for brands & own brand
Brief in & produce all content required across all digital & social platforms
Develop & manage content plan across all social platforms
Plan & manage social media platforms content KPI's & strategy
Prepare accurate reports for brands on social campaigns overall performance
Working with the brand manager & online trading manager to coordinate with social agency to improve social media results
Identify latest trends & technologies affecting the industry
Evaluate metrics that affect website and social traffic, service quotas & target audience
Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways & other digital projects
Manage social agency relationship & performance
Qualifications and Experience:
Diploma or tertiary studies in Digital marketing, communications, PR or similar
4-6 years' experience in a similar role working in social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
Skills:
Excellent social listening skills
Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in the digital content and social media space
Strong copywriting and copy editing skills
Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
Impeccable time management skills with the ability to multitask
Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Direct experience in social media management tools (Hootsuite etc)
Up to date with key trends & industry news
Ability to work well under pressure
Deadline driven / time management
Experience with Microsoft office.
