As a Social Media Operator, your primary function is to manage and respond to incoming messages on behalf of a road user. This role requires quick thinking and adaptability to maintain engaging and authentic interactions with a diverse audience.
1. Key Responsibilities
Message Management
Task: Oversee and respond to messages directed to the influencer's account.
Objective: Ensure timely and appropriate engagement with each user.
2. User Interaction
Task: Engage in daily conversations covering a broad spectrum of topics tailored to individual user interests.
Objective: Foster meaningful connections and maintain user engagement.
3. Relationship Building
Task: Cultivate and sustain relationships with users interacting with the influencer.
Objective: Enhance user loyalty and encourage ongoing interaction.
4. Performance Metrics
Task: Achieve predetermined messaging quotas within specified time frames.
Objective: Maintain consistent communication levels and meet engagement targets.

Qualifications Required:
Matric/Grade 12
Diploma in one or all of the following fields: Marketing (social media marketing), Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations.
A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Public Relations would be advantageous.
Experience Required:
Proven experience (over 2 years) in managing and administering digital marketing campaigns
Extremely keen eye for detail and aesthetics, down to the last pixel
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities.
Excellent English grammar and spelling, bonus fluency in additional languages
