Key Responsibilities:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, followers, and engagement rates.
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to maintain a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Leverage influencer partnerships and user-generated content to enhance brand credibility.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platforms relevant to luxury hospitality.
• Assist in planning and promoting events at the lodge through targeted social media campaigns.

• Proven track record managing social media for a luxury hotel or lodge.
• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, ideally within the luxury hospitality sector.
• Portfolio of past work showcasing creative content, campaigns, and results.
• Proficiency in social media tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with the ability to capture the luxury lifestyle through visuals and storytelling.
• Understanding of SEO and paid social media advertising is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
