Managing the accreditation process and other quality and risk management activities.Client AssessmentsAssess the needs, strengths, and challenges of clientsGather relevant background information through interviews, and consultations.Assess employees psychosocial needs through interviews, surveys, and consultations.Develop tailored intervention plans to address individual or team challengesSupport and CounsellingOffer emotional support and counselling to individuals, facing challenges like abuse, poverty, addiction, or mental health issues.Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs.Resource Coordination and referralsConnect clients with the necessary services as requiredMaintain a network of community resources and service providersCounsellorProvide individual or group counselling for stress, workplace conflicts, or personal issuesAssist employees in managing work-life balance and coping with occupational stressorsCrisis ResponderSupport employees dealing with critical incidents such as workplace accidents or traumatic events.Implement and coordinate post-incident debriefing sessions.MediatorResolve conflicts between employees or between employees and supervisors.Facilitate communication and understanding to improve workplace relationships QualityControlOrganising clinical work environments , including infection control and risk managementAgent of ConnectivityBeing an agent of connectivity between different health disciplines and between patients and health servicesQualificationsKey Skills and Knowledge Areas:Knowledge of Workplace Dynamics: Understanding the interactions and challenges within an occupational setting.Mental Health Expertise: Identifying and addressing common mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, or burnout.Cultural Sensitivity: Navigating diverse employee backgrounds and ensuring inclusivity.Communication Skills: Effectively mediating, counselling, and educating employees and managers.Crisis Management: Responding promptly and effectively to emergencies or critical incidents.Additional InformationPersonal Attributes
