- Geriatric environment an advantage
- Own transportation
- Admission of new patients
- Psychosocial assessments
- Participation in the multi-disciplinary meetings (MDT) to ensure the best care and engagement of the patients
- Drawing up of multi activity programs
- Financial management process
- Relationship management
