We are committed to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of our community members through compassionate and professional care.Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support, counseling, and advocacy to clients facing various social and emotional challenges. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families in need.Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop individualised care plans.
• Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to address social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation in compliance with organisational policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Registered as a Social Worker with the relevant regulatory body.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in providing social work services, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic record-keeping systems.

Schedule and Compensation:

• Part-time position: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM.
• Must have own transport and means to attend working hours.
• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
