to join their team. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our ice cream crew! If you love making people happy and don't mind getting a little swirl on your hands, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:
Prepare and serve desserts like soft serve ice cream, pastries, and light snacks.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of service counters, dining areas, and beverage stations.
Ensure that all products are fresh, well-stocked, and presented attractively.
Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Handle customer inquiries, special requests, or complaints with a positive attitude.
Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
You Are:
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or food service preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented personality.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
