KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:xc2xb7 Perform full life-cycle development.xc2xb7 Adhere to agreed upon delivery schedules.xc2xb7 Utilizes source control, continuous integration, and unit testing best practices.xc2xb7 Work cross-functionally to define and write code for new features.xc2xb7 Troubleshoot bugs, crashes and other issues based on user feedback.xc2xb7 Design and apply scalable general solutions in new and existing developments.xc2xb7 Migration of Mobile-Technologies Android application to a cross-platform stack.xc2xb7 Be an active participant in discussions about requirements, design, and architecture.xc2xb7 Be passionate about technology & quality deliverables and be an advocate for best practices in software development (clean code, unit test coverage, etc.).KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:xc2xb7 User experience (UX) design and implementation.xc2xb7 Ability to work independently.xc2xb7 Strong problem-solving skills.xc2xb7 High standard of communication skills in English and Afrikaans (both verbal and written).xc2xb7 Experience building & maintaining third-party integrations and working with APIs.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:xc2xb7 Bachelor's degree or Diploma in either Computer Science, Engineering (BSc Eng. / BEng) or other relevant fields.xc2xb7 Experience with iOS and Android platforms.xc2xb7 Previous experience with other mobile technologies including SWIFT, Android & Kotlin, Flutter.xc2xb7 Proficiency in C#.xc2xb7 Experience with multi-tenancy (SaaS) applications.xc2xb7 Proficiency in working with SQL databases.BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES:xc2xb7 Passionate about problem-solving.xc2xb7 Enjoy mobile development.xc2xb7 Have an eye for visual and UX design.xc2xb7 Can operate well and stay calm under pressure.xc2xb7 Enjoy self-study and can manage your own time well.xc2xb7 Have great leadership ability and can communicate very effectively with individuals or groups of people.
