• proven experience in a leadership role within software development, with a strong technical background.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a team, driving them to excel and have fun while doing it.
• Experience managing both frontend and backend development projects.
• Solid understanding of web development, cloud infrastructure, and deep technical systems.
