As a Software Development Manager, you will lead a talented team of developers in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that enhance their insurance products and services. Your expertise will help shape their technology strategy, ensuring that their software systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business goals.Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience (8+ years) in software development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
