Job Description

What you'll be doing:

• Building and operating production-ready business applications that run 24/7
• Collaborating with customers, team members, and external vendors to deliver world-class solutions
• Deploying applications in AWS using Github and keeping them running smoothly with CloudWatch monitoring
• Applying advanced cloud-security patterns and Agile methodology to ensure best-in-class performance
• Taking on additional responsibilities that come with Agile teamwork because you're always up for a challenge!

What you bring to the table:

• At least 6 years of experience with backend technologies like Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, or Python
• In-depth knowledge of microservices architecture, cloud technology (Amazon AWS preferred), and containers
• Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing databases (both SQL and NoSQL)
• Familiarity with API Gateway, CloudWatch, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, and other AWS tools
• Experience with web services design, event-driven architectures, and GIT (GitHub/GitHub Actions)
• Strong grasp of design and architecture patterns

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and automated deployments
• Knowledge of linear and nonlinear optimization, control theory, machine learning, and efficient algorithms
• Experience with performance testing, tuning, and IoT devices
• Familiarity with Unix/Linux systems and scripting
• A willingness to learn new languages and embrace new tech challenges
