- Lead and mentor the development team.
- Oversee development operations and deliverables.
- Implement best practices and strategy.
- Design system architecture.
- Manage project resources and performance.
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Matric required).
- Azure certifications (advantageous).
- 5+ years of full lifecycle software development.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Agile methodology familiarity
- Strong C# .NET web development (Blazor, Razor Pages, JSON, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, SignalR, HTML5, CSS3).
- Modern web frameworks (Angular, React, Vue.js).
- Visual Studio 2019+, OOP, architectural patterns.
- Database development (MS SQL Server 2019+).
- Containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Azure DevOps & Git proficiency.
- Experience with spatial data (Google Maps API, SQL spatial queries) a plus.
- Unit testing frameworks.
