As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a full-time Software Product Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for helping to shape and execute our Go to Market strategy and Product Roadmap.

This job is NOT about leading a development team. We already have someone for that. We are looking for someone who has extensive expertise in Go to Market strategies and customer based Product Roadmap Development.
Responsibilities:
Working on the product positioning and marketing strategy for our Software.
Working closely with the Director of IT Solutions and the development team to update the roadmap for software feature additions, based on market needs analyses.
Managing software project scope by making trade-offs between competing software requirements, such as time vs. cost and software security vs. speed.
Tracking progress against plan and resolving any variances as soon as they are identified.
Preparing digital sales support materials for markets on several continents.
Designing a process and sales funnel to sell the SIS solution from the web site and seeing to its integration.
Developing a short-term and long-term sales funnel using various marketing tools and strategies.
Conduct weekly software demos to potential customers.
Required Competencies
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Fluent in French (written and verbal)
3+ years-experience in e-commerce, specifically in generating sales for software services.
3+ years of experience in software sales.
3+ years experience in online lead generation.
3+ years experience with CRM and Marketing Automation.
1+ year in software strategic planning
Experience in digital advertising is an asset
