SUMMARY:
Software Test AnalystsPOSITION INFO:A technology management services consulting firm based in Johannesburg is looking for various Software Test Analysts (Manual & Automation) on a fixed term contract basis to provide testing analysis services in the financial services sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of mobile, web, and USSD applications through manual testing processes and working with industry-standard tools like Jira and Confluence.Responsibilities:

• Must have at least 18 months year''s Testing or QA experience within different SDLC models, performing manual functional, web and mobile testing, following recognized QA processes and producing QA artefacts e.g. requirements, acceptance criteria, test scenarios, test cases, defects and reports, QA docs of different types e.g. Lessons learned, handover docs, test plans.
• Assist in designing and executing manual test cases for mobile, web, and USSD applications.
• Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with developers and senior testers to identify, log, and track defects using Jira.
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test results, in Jira, Confluence, HP ALM (Quality Center)
• Execute test scripts and document results using test management tools like TestRail, qTest

Job Title: Intermediate Test Analyst

• He/She must have Manual testing experience to support testing efforts across mobile, web, and USSD platforms using tools like Jira, Xray, and Confluence, Responsible for creation, design and execution of test strategies, including writing test plans, test cases and test scenarios

Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive manual test cases for mobile, web, and USSD applications.
• Conduct functional, usability, regression, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms.

Job Title: Senior Test AnalystWere seeking a Senior Manual Tester to lead our manual testing efforts, mentor junior testers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality mobile, web, and USSD applications using industry-standard tools like Jira, Xray, Confluence, and more.Responsibilities:

• Will have worked on QA projects for at least 5 years involving the detailed analysis of IT, business, data and technical processes / flows and functionality in complex IT applications and across integrated systems. Examples of API, SE initiatives / projects could include IT process improvement and standardization, transitioning to new SDLC models, QA technical compliance and auditing, QA consulting and the accompanying training and change enablement activities.
• Lead the design, execution, and review of manual test cases for mobile, web, and USSD applications.
