A well-established Software company in Somerset West (Western Cape) is looking to employ a Software Verification Consultant (Cloud -based systems)-A minimum of 3- 10 years relevant experience.-Training will be provided regarding procedures of business practices. Salary will be dependent on experienceDuties:

• Deliver on and be accountable for auditing and documenting the process and steps required for re -building software applications for national and international clients, including maintaining and deploying from client component source code.

• Travel to client sites, domestically and, possibly, internationally, to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures

• Carry out remote verification projects to audit and document the rebuild process of software applications and Cloud infrastructures

• Collaborate with external software developers and users on a variety of development platforms, technologies and architectures

• Manage the delivery of verification project work, giving suitable consideration to the licensee/software vendor relationship

• Corresponding and liaising with clients and responding to general queries.
• Accurately performing processes on the Admin Portal and maintaining necessary records (both hard and soft copy) in relation to their agreements and ancillary documentation (including uploading documents/correspondence onto the relevant database)
• Assist with research into suitable leads to pass to Account Management colleagues.

• Achieving Company business objectives in managing account relationships with existing customers to grow business.

Skills:The Employee will have specific skills, primarily technical, but including but not limited to the following:xe2x9exa2 An interest and some technical knowledge of software development and associated technologiesxe2x9exa2 An understanding of a range of common programming languages and cloud -based systems and associated infrastructure.xe2x9exa2Strong project management, analytical and client facing skills as well as a good understanding of the full Software Development life-cycle.xe2x9exa2Have a general awareness and understanding of information security and the associated considerationsxe2x9exa2Proven ability to explain technical content to a non -technical audience.xe2x9exa2Ability to communicate and collaborate at a management levelxe2x9exa2Ability to understand demanding technical engagementsxe2x9exa2Proven ability to manage client interactions with minimal supervision.xe2x9exa2Good document-writing and presentation skills taking into consideration complex technical solutionsxe2x9exa2Ability to effectively manage your own time and work to deadlines.xe2x9exa2Flexibility to travel domestically and, possibly, internationally.xe2x9exa2Previous external customer support or consultancy experience.xe2x9exa2 Attention to detail and a Team Playerxe2x9exa2 Strong IT skills (including the use of databases and CLOUD based systems a must)xe2x9exa2 Full SA driving license and a willingness for travelling to various client sites
