Our mission is to harness the power of the sun to create a cleaner, more sustainable future.Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced and innovative Solar Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing solar PV systems, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards. This role involves working closely with project managers, installation teams, and clients to deliver efficient and cost-effective solar solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop solar PV systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to determine optimal system design and placement.
• Create detailed engineering designs, including electrical layouts, equipment specifications, and system schematics.
• Perform energy yield simulations and analyze system performance using design software (e.g., PVsyst, Helioscope).
• Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and regulations, including electrical safety standards.
• Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, budgets, and materials lists.
• Provide technical support during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of solar systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar energy design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in solar PV system design, with a strong understanding of solar energy principles.
• Proficiency in solar design software (e.g., PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope).
• Knowledge of electrical systems, including inverters, wiring, and grid interconnection.
• Familiarity with relevant standards and codes (e.g., NEC, IEC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
