Job Summary
The Project Manager will assist with business development needs and engineering, concentrating on the continuous enhancement of the company's operations and efficiencies.Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years of practical experience in solar projects, particularly in project engineering or management roles
Expertise in project budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
Proven proficiency in designing solar PV energy systems
Established success in managing project contracts and liaising with clients
Self-motivated leader with strong abilities to inspire and motivate teams
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical information clearly and concisely
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and maintain composure under pressure
Strong dedication to achieving results and meeting project deadlines.
Ensure all ISO9001 and ISO45001 compliances are met during construction
Feedback project learnings to the Engineering Department ensuring continual improvement
Handover system to O&M department as per handover procedureQualification:
National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering
