As a Solar Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by leveraging your technical expertise and sales skills. You will be responsible for understanding customers' needs, designing tailored solar solutions, and converting leads into satisfied customers. This position requires a combination of technical knowledge and sales acumen to effectively communicate the benefits of our solar products and services.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Conduct site assessments and analyze customer needs to design customized solar solutions.
• Prepare and present technical and financial proposals to clients.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the feasibility and efficiency of proposed solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the sales process.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor products.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry.
• Strong technical understanding of solar PV systems and components.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as required.
