A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the solar energy industry or a related technical field.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation is essential.
A strong knowledge or interest in solar energy systems and services.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Engage with customers in our store and beyond, showcasing the benefits of our solar products.
Identify and understand customer needs, providing tailored solar solutions that maximize savings and efficiency.
Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other innovative strategies.
Manage inbound sales calls and proactively contact potential customers using various communication channels (Email, WhatsApp, Phone, etc.).
Meet with potential customers to assess their solar needs and perform site visits as necessary.
Present, promote, and sell our solar offerings, articulating the value and benefits of the company's solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes.
Manage and track the sales pipeline, ensuring opportunities progress through the sales process.
Collaborate with internal teams such as installation and engineering to meet customer needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Provide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products and services.
Participate in the ongoing improvement of sales processes.
