SUMMARY:We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to select and implement a group-wide HR platform, including the transition and decommissioning of multiple existing systems.The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience in the implementation of HR platforms, with a strong understanding of their intricacies and...POSITION INFO:We're seeking an experienced Solution Architect to select and implement a group-wide platform, including the transition and decommissioning of multiple existing systems.The ideal candidate would need to have previous experience in the implementation of HR platforms, with a strong understanding of their intricacies and the overall ecosystem, at an enterprise level.Please note, this is an initial 6 month contract, with possibility for renewal.What youll do:

• Architectural Design: Develop and document high-level architecture designs and detailed technical specifications for new HRIS system, including multiple integrations across various business units.
• Technology Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure best practices and high-quality deliverables.
• Support in the selection and implementation of a group-wide HRIS platform, including the transition and decommissioning of existing systems across the group
• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new HRIS solution from conception through deployment, ensuring they are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, and technical teams to understand requirements, provide recommendations, and ensure successful implementation.
• Problem Solving: Identify potential technical issues and develop strategies to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Vendor Management: Work closely with implementation partner for HRIS solution, to ensure high standards of code quality and system performance.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, solution implementations, and best practices.
• Innovation: Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement in architectural practices.
• Feasibility: Conduct technical feasibility studies and provide recommendations

Your expertise:

• Experience: 15+ years of experience in solution architecture, software development, or a related
• Field, particularly in migrating multiple
• Must have previous experience in the implementation of HR platforms, with a strong understanding of their intricacies and overall ecosystem
• Strong knowledge of data translation (internal schemas) into or out of existing/new HRIS/ HR systems and integration patterns
• Understanding data protection employee sensitive data encryption, etc
• Industry experience in financial services preferred
• Experience with cloud platforms. (e.g., AWS, Azure)
