Matric (Grade 12)
4+ years in a Marketing / Campaign Management role.
1+ years in a Team lead / Management role.
Experience in healthcare (advantageous) and/or financial services.
Min 2 years of hands-on experience with Traditional Marketing, content marketing, communications, and PR.
Min 1 years of hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing.
Track record of executing on campaigns and excellent project management ability.
Responsibilities:
Defines, aligns, and drives the implementation of the partner and solutions marketing strategies.
Ensure alignment with the overall marketing and business strategies.
This strategy may require customization throughout the year to leverage new areas of focus or opportunity.
Develop and execute the partner and solutions marketing plans with the support of them Head of Marketing, through agencies, or by hands-on managing of the campaigns.
Define, implement, and manage various traditional and digital marketing channels that will drive awareness and lead generation in the healthcare industry.
Work with Partnership team to suggest activities for improving the quality of partner campaigns and content for improved awareness and lead generation.
Understand the customer journey across all touch points to develop, plan, and execute campaigns to improve brand awareness and lead generation.
Track and measure metrics and provide reports for all campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Partnerships and Sales.
