SOMATOLOGISTHELDERBERG - SOMERSET WEST, Western Cape (South Africa)START: A.S.A.P / August 2024Report to: Manager / DirectorTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

  • Monday - Sunday including Public Holidays
  • Shifts: 09:00 - 18:00 | 10:00 - 19:00 | 12:00 - 21:00
  • Days off in the week / weekend
REMUNERATION & INCOME POTENTIAL:
  • R8,000 Basic per month
  • Service Commission 10% from R1+
  • Retail Commission 10% from R1+
  • Performance incentives
QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * South African citizen Or valid working permit for employment in SA
  • Matric
  • N-Dip Somatology OR Health & Skin Care Diploma (minimum 2-year qualification)
  • CIDESCO / ITEC / SAAHSP / CIBTAC / City & Guilds
EXPERIENCE:
  • At least ONE year post graduation employment experience in a high-end beauty salon or spa
  • Cruise Ship experience is highly beneficial
SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Skilled and confident to perform the following Somatology treatments
  • Skin Care and Facials
  • Body therapies including basic massage
  • Manicure & Pedicure services including Gel Polish application
  • Waxing & Tinting
BONUS SKILLS:
  • Lash Lift
  • Brow Lamination
  • Threading
  • Dermaplaning
  • Lash Extensions
  • Nail Art
  • Medi Pedi
  • Nail Technology (Acrylic / Sculpture / Tips / Gel)
