Sommelier | Kruger National Park - Kruger national parkFull job descriptionJD Specialized Recruitment is currently partnering with an ultra-luxury 5* Lodge in the Kruger National Park to recruit a highly experienced SOMMELIER to join their team.Requirements and Experience:A Sommelier Diploma such as Cape Wine or similar with WSET level 3.3 years experience in hospitality, service and guest interactions.Excellent knowledge of international wines and food & wine pairing.A passion and love for the wine industry.Confident in hosting guests with excellent communication skills.Neat, professional and approachable person with a good attention to detail.Strong leadership, sales, management, training and stock control skills.Good computer skills in MS Office, Project and excellent email etiquette.Physically strong with stamina to work long hours & transport/carry wine.A team player with a developmental approach to staff.A Valid Drivers license.Start Date: ASAPSalary: On application with live-in benefits.xe2x9exa1xefxb8x8fPLEASE NOTE - Although we appreciate all applications received, we will only reply to those candidates who have the background and experience required.
