Build strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure on time delivery of product.Job descriptionSupport Sourcing Specialist with Supplier Management and Sourcing Administrationxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Compile Supplier Roll-Up and construct Supplier Scorecards xe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Calculate landed costs on PLM xe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Consolidate volume flows and drops xe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Support with Supplier capacity and production plansxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Assist new Suppliers through the onboarding process xe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Respond to Supplier queries in a timely manner to foster effective communicationxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Update PLM information at in time with the required level of detailxe2x80x8b.xe2x80x8bConduct Physical Sample Managementxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Coordinate the inflow and outflow of physical samples in line with Technical Product Development requirements, and update electronic receiptxe2x80x8b in PLMxc2xb7 Receive and return physical development samples and to either Buyers or Suppliers as needed.Support the costing and negotiation processes, and conduct quote administration of approved costsxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Update quotesxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Recalculate quotesxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Create Supplier Requestsxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Add Quote to Supplier Request and issue Supplier Requestsxe2x80x8b.Conduct Order Management, Product and Shipment Tracking to ensure OTIF deliveryxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Raise PO's / Contracts and amendments in line with the Critical Pathxe2x80x8b and publish to suppliersxc2xb7 Conduct order management and product trackingxe2x80x8b and enable in season tradingxc2xb7 Track on time AQL submissions, packing lists/declared shipment quantities and cargo bookingsxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Raise any issues / delays and liaise with relevant stakeholders (Planning, Buying, Design, Supply Chain and Processing Warehouse) to ensure OTIF deliveryxe2x80x8b.Coordinate with Supply Chainxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Ensure that all development, pre-production, and production samples are approved for quality controlxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Co-ordinate reticketing and sample requests with supply chain and warehousexe2x80x8b.xe2x80x8bCollate Data, Analyse and Reportxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Conduct ongoing data collation, assessment, and analysis as input to sourcing decision making and Supplier Relationship Managementxe2x80x8bxc2xb7 Provide input into Supplier Performance Reviewsxe2x80x8bProvide relevant reports and updates to the Sourcing Specialist as requiredxe2x80x8b.Minimum requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in retail business management /manufacturing/procurement and /or project management /product development
• Previous experience/qualification in packaging and/or product development in private label Beauty, cosmetics and toiletries categories will be advantageous
• 3-5 years or more relevant experience in manufacturing and/or retail
