• Food Preparation & Presentation: Assist in preparing and presenting xc3xa0 la carte dishes to exacting standards, ensuring consistency in taste and appearance.
• Menu Development: Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and refine the xc3xa0 la carte menu, introducing seasonal and innovative offerings.
• Quality Control: Oversee food quality, taste, and portion control, maintaining our restaurants reputation for excellence.
• Kitchen Management: Supervise and support the kitchen team during service, ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within an upmarket, high-volume restaurant.
• Skills: Strong culinary skills in xc3xa0 la carte service, creative flair, time management, and leadership capabilities.
