- At least 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in a 5* environment (essential)
- Formal Culinary Qualifications (essential)
- Must be friendly, well-presented, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
- Must have a genuine love for people and creating guest delight
- Must have a warm and open personality with fabulous people skills
- Must be well-presented and well spoken
- Must have a passion for food and the food experience
- Creativity and flair!
- Must be a natural team leader with great management skills
- Must love to teach and encourage others
- Must handle pressure in a calm and professional manner
- Must be able to take direction and execute tasks
- Must reference extremely well and present an exceptional food portfolio
