  • At least 3+ years of Sous Chef experience in a 5* environment (essential)
  • Formal Culinary Qualifications (essential)
  • Must be friendly, well-presented, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
  • Must have a genuine love for people and creating guest delight
  • Must have a warm and open personality with fabulous people skills
  • Must be well-presented and well spoken
  • Must have a passion for food and the food experience
  • Creativity and flair!
  • Must be a natural team leader with great management skills
  • Must love to teach and encourage others
  • Must handle pressure in a calm and professional manner
  • Must be able to take direction and execute tasks
  • Must reference extremely well and present an exceptional food portfolio
