SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

R12,000 - R15,000 Basic per month before any benefits or commission (based on experience relevant)
10% Personal Sales Commission
Accommodation (self-catering) for a single occupant + electricity
Complimentary Laundry service

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * DIPLOMA Beauty Specialist / Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)

BONUS - Spa Management Diploma
Managerial experience in Spa / Day Spa or Cruise Ship
Expertly groomed and highly presentable
Computer confident including MS Office, Booking & Spa Management Software (ESP & OPERA)
Excellent command of English (speak & write) - we deal with primarily international guests
Organised, mature, confident and strong leadership qualities
Able to perform therapies when operationally required

EXPERIENCE: * At least 5+ Years in Spa employment of any level

3+ Years in a Managerial role (Supervisor / Assistant Spa Manager / Manager)
Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
Resort or Private Game Reserve / Lodge / Boutique Spa experience highly beneficial
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, administration, guest relations, recruitment, SOP, training and operations
