xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Manage inventory, procurement, and spa e-commerce offerings.
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Develop and implement spa policies, packages, and new treatment offerings.
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Work with the Marketing team to promote spa services.
xe2x9cx94xefxb8x8f Collaborate with other departments to create bespoke wellness experiences.

• Qualifications: CIDESCO, ITEC, or SAAHSP diploma/degree in aesthetics or somatology.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Knowledge: Expertise in spa treatments, staff training, revenue management, and marketing.
• Tech Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office, Shedul, and preferably Easipos.
• Personal Attributes: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
