SPA MANAGER - Luxury Cape Wineland's Day Spa
PAARL - Western Cape (ZA)
Starting Date: ASAP
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday (shifts)
- Flexibility is key - you set your own pace & schedule ensuring the operations of the company is met
PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R30,000-00 to R35,000 per month Gross (Neg)

- Fluent in Afrikaans (either first language or second)
- Beautifully groomed & professionally presentable - you are the face of the brand a team leader. Lead by example
- Certification from a recognized Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
- At least 5 years experience in a Senior Management position
- Cruise ship managerial experience OR hotel spa manager experience is preferred
- Computer literate and confident
- Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
- Able to lead and develop employees and services
- Knowledge of spa procedures
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
- Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
- Able to assist with adhoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by management
- Comfortable performing spa & beauty therapies in the absolute necessity
