SPA MANAGERBELA BELA - LIMPOPO (South Africa)START: A.S.A.P / 01 September 2024REPORT TO: General ManagerSHIFTS & TRADING HOURS:

Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 17:00 (2x evenings PER MONTH - you will work as host until 21:00)
45 hours worked per week
2x Weekends OFF per month
Hospitality environment - trading all public holidays including Christmas, New Years & Easter, etc.
Flexibility is key

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

Total Cost to Company including benefits R19,310-00 per month GROSS

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: * Must have own, reliable transport - not negotiable

Ability to work shifts as required seasonally including major holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.)
Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearance

QUALIFICATIONS: * Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management

EXPERIENCE: * THREE yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a Spa Management (Ship / Spa)

DESIRED SKILLS: * Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar

Spa software experience, must be computer literate & confident in ESP Software (preferred)
Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
Able to lead and develop employees and services
