SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:

R18,500 Basic per month before any benefits or commission (based on desired experience & skills)
10% Treatment Commission
10% - 15% Retail Commission
Accommodation (self-catering) for a single occupant

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * CIDESCO / ITEC accreditation

DIPLOMA Health & Skin Care / Beauty Therapy / Somatology / Cosmetology (2-year Diploma)
BONUS - Spa Management Diploma
Managerial experience in Spa / Day Spa or Cruise Ship
Expertly groomed and highly presentable
Computer confident including MS Office, Booking & Spa Management Software
Excellent command of English (speak & write) - we deal with primarily international guests
Organised, mature, confident and strong leadership qualities
Able to perform therapies when operationally required
Own car & valid driver license (we are remote)

EXPERIENCE: * At least 5+ Years in Spa Therapy of which must be in a 5-star environment

3+ Years in a Managerial role / 4+ Years in an Assistant Manager role
Cruise Ship employment experience highly beneficial
Resort or Private Game Reserve / Lodge experience highly beneficial
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, administration, guest relations, recruitment, SOP, training and operations
