Responsibilities:Oversee daily spa operations, including staff, treatments, and facilities.
Ensure therapists schedules are balanced to prevent burnout while maintaining service excellence.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and spa revenue streams.
Manage inventory, procurement, and spa e-commerce offerings.
Develop and implement spa policies, packages, and new treatment offerings.
Collaborate with the Marketing team on promotions and content.
Work closely with the Head Chef and other departments on bespoke spa experiences.
Handle staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain service excellence.
Foster a positive and supportive work environment that prioritizes staff well-being.
Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
Perform treatments for VIP guests as needed.Requirements:Qualifications: CIDESCO, ITEC, or SAAHSP diploma/degree in aesthetics/somatology.
Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality setting.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Knowledge: Expertise in spa treatments, staff training, revenue management, and marketing.
Tech Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office, Shedul, and preferably Easipos.
Personal Attributes: Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
