We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Spa Manager to lead our spa team and ensure an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate values kindness, teamwork, and excellence in service.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily spa operations, staff, treatments, and facilities. Balance therapists' schedules to prevent burnout while maintaining service excellence. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest care. Monitor financial performance, budgets, and revenue streams. Manage inventory, procurement, and spa e-commerce offerings. Develop and implement spa policies, packages, and new treatments. Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and content. Work with the Head Chef and other departments on bespoke spa experiences. Handle staff recruitment, training, and development. Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes staff well-being. Address guest feedback and resolve concerns. Perform treatments for VIP guests as needed.
Qualifications:
CIDESCO in Aesthetics, ITEC in Aesthetics, or SAAHSP diploma/degree in aesthetics.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury hospitality setting. 5-star essential
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills. Expertise in spa treatments, staff training, revenue management, and marketing. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Shedul Salon Software, and preferably Easipos. Empathetic, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.Salary R50 000 + depending on experience
Office Hours: Mon-Fri 8-5 or 6 + 1 weekend a month
