Job Description
SPA MANAGER - 80% Management / 20% Therapies (when operationally required)WORCESTER - Breede Valley - Western Cape (ZA)Starting Date: JULY 2024 / ASAPTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday
- 45 hours per week rotate
- R20,000 - R25,000 Gross Per month
- 5% Turnover Commission
- Private room & en-suite in shared amenities apartment available
- Minimum 2-year Diploma in Health & Skin Care / Somatology
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
- At least 2 years experience in an Assistant Manager OR Manager capacity
- Previous employment in a luxury establishment / hotel or cruise ship spa essential
- Able to train employees on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
- Able to lead and develop employees and services
- Knowledge of spa procedures and ability to perform them where operationally required
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs
- Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
- Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
- Able to assist with ad-hoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by management
- Comfortable performing spa & beauty therapies when operationally / ad-hoc required
