Role Overview:

As a Spa Therapist at The View Boutique Hotel and Spa, you will deliver exceptional spa treatments and services that exceed the expectations of our guests. Your expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail will help create a serene and luxurious experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, waxing and other services in accordance with our protocols. Customize treatments based on guests' needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the treatment rooms and spa facilities. Stay current with industry trends and advancements to offer innovative and effective treatments. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism. Collaborate with other spa team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications:

Certification or diploma in massage/beauty therapy, esthetics, or a related field. Somatology certification would be advantageous but is not a requirement. Proven experience in a luxury spa or high-end hospitality environment is preferred. Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, techniques, and products. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to guest satisfaction.
