Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a range of treatments including massages, facials, waxing, tinting, manicures, and pedicures.
- Provide Biosculpture gel manicures and pedicures.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests.
- Handle booking of treatments and manage client appointments.
- Lead by example, motivate, and guide other therapists to ensure high standards of service.
- Cidesco/SAAHSP/ITEC diploma in Beauty Therapy.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, professional, and well-presented.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team of therapists.
- Fluent in English.
