Job SummarySPA & WELLNESS MANAGERBELA BELA - Limpopo (South Africa)START: A.S.A.P / 01 August 2024REPORT TO: General ManagerTRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday - Sunday 07:00 - 17:00 (2x evenings PER MONTH - you will work as host until 21:00)
- 45 hours worked per week
- 2x Weekends OFF per month
- Hospitality environment - trading all public holidays including Christmas, New Years & Easter, etc.
- Flexibility is key
- Private accommodation (3-bedroom house, family & pet friendly) + Water & Electricity
- Medical aid contribution (Discovery)
- Provident Fund contribution
- Total Cost to Company including benefits R19,310-00 per month GROSS
- Ability to work shifts as required seasonally (including major holidays)
- Beautifully groomed, well presented and professional appearance
- Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology / Spa Management
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP
- THREE years' experience in a Spa Management (Ship / Spa)
- Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial (but not essential)
- Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar
- Spa software experience, must be computer literate & confident in ESP Software (preferred)
- Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
- Able to lead and develop employees and services
