R20,000-00 to R25,000 per month Gross (final Offer will be based on experience & skills required)
Performance Incentives
Commission earned on treatments performed (where operationally required)
Commission earned on retail sold

MINIMUM RQUIREMENTS: * Manager must be based within ease of travel in or to Lynwood, PTA

QUALIFICATION: * Diploma Somatology / Health & Skin Care or Cosmetology (minimum 2-year Diploma)

EXPERIENCE: * At least THREE years experience in a Managerial / Assistant Managerial capacity (Spa / Salon)

Previous employment in a luxury establishment Spa/ hotel or cruise ship spa essential

KEY SKILLS: * Computer literate and confident

Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
Able to lead and develop employees and services
Knowledge of spa procedures
Ability to focus attention on guest needs
Ability to promote positive relations with all individuals who approach the Spa
Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision
Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
Able to assist with ad-hoc duties in other departments of the property if operationally required by management
Comfortable performing spa & beauty therapies when operationally / ad-hoc required
