Empowering Africaxe2x80x99s tomorrow, togetherxe2x80xa6one story at a time.With over 100 years of rich history and strongly positioned as a local bank with regional and international expertise, a career with our family offers the opportunity to be part of this exciting growth journey, to reset our future and shape our destiny as a proudly African group.Job Summary To provide specialist advice and support in the development and implementation of business analysis and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques.Verifying Information:Check different types of information for accuracy and inconsistencyBusiness AnalysisTo provide specialist business analysis to deliver on projectsMeeting deadlinesCompletes tasks timeouslyDealing with StakeholdersTaking responsibility for managing the expectations of stakeholders.Apply Business Analysis techniques to elicit and analyze business and stakeholder requirements by conducting workshops, JAD sessions, brainstorming session, interviews, user observation sessions, and othersDocument existing processes and map out processes for proposed changes.Map out a conceptual solution to guide downstream Continuous Exploration activities.Document proposed changes in Business Requirements document, to be used as the single source of truth in downstream Continuous Exploration activities.Collaborate with Process Engineers to map out business process across different systems swim lanes.Collaborate with Designers to produce screen prototypes and align them to the business processes.Collaborate with in Squad BAs to refine Business Requirements into implementable user stories, and foster alignment across the different squads.Work with architects to guide solutions cutting across related back-end and front-end systems to bring the solution together.Use data driven insight to inform solutions through collaboration with MI teams.Manage version control and storage of related artifacts centrally for easy access to the entire tribe.Constantly communicate baselined requirements to the Tribe during tribe sync ceremonies.Participate in the Tribe backlog refinement workshops to communicate requirements to the impacted squads and product.Lead the BA team and manage work allocation and balance workload across the team.Track progress and resolve blockers for the BA team through daily stand-up ceremonies.Facilitate Continuous Exploration ceremonies and track progress across all features in the product backlog.Conduct Market research to stay on par with competitors.Align proposed solutions to expected benefits as outlined in the business case.Conduct and facilitate the UAT process and reviews with Product managers.Work on adhoc functions to support Product Management.Be able to provide input into proposed business value propositionsIdentify the company's technological as well as operational risksHave a good understanding of Personal Loans products and systemsWork with Legal and Compliance to obtain sign-off on regulated requirements.Lead or participate in multiple projectsEducationBachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Physical, Mathematical, Computer and Life Sciences (Required)Absa Bank Limited is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer.
