RPO Recruitment is actively seeking a skilled Specialist Contracts professional to join our client in the Northern Cape. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to manage contract administration, supplier performance, and procurement processes. If you have a strong background in procurement and contract management, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist in ensuring efficient contract administration of delegated supplier contracts to reduce business risk and ensure supplier performance.Manage tender administration, general administration, and contract administration processes.Maintain high standards of work ethics and ensure compliance with SHERQ requirements.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure contract obligations are met.Maintain procurement databases and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.Work closely with internal teams to optimize procurement and contract processes.Requirements:Grade 12 (Matric) qualification.1-2 Year Certificate in Procurement or Purchasing Management.Minimum of three (3) years operational procurement and contract administration experience.Minimum of two (2) years operational experience in a Mining/Construction/Engineering related environment (advantageous).Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word - Intermediate; MS Excel - Advanced; MS PowerPoint - Intermediate).Experience with Procurement Database Systems (JD Edwards or equivalent - Advanced user).Strong working knowledge of procurement policies, tender processes, and master contracts.Familiarity with statutory regulations, mine legal registry, and legal policies.Strong administrative and interpersonal skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.High level of integrity and ability to interpret contracts effectively.Medically fit as per Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996.Valid Driver's Licence (Code B/EB).Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
