The scope of accountability will include all aspects relating to LAN/ Voice /LTE / Mesh Networks Infrastructure, including build specification, configuration, and development of related plans and roadmapsEDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONBachelors Degree in IT related fields and or Relevant network certification.SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE7+ years in corporate IT environment, relating to the service area, Understanding and experience in design LAN / Voice /LTE / Mesh NetworksPrevious exposure to relevant security technologies and In-depth understanding of Cisco-related technologies - PreferredTechnical & Functional

• Strong change and configuration management background

• Proven project leadership experience and team leadership experience

• Experience building, scaling & monitoring relating to services in area of accountability.

• Must have experience working with a globally distributed business

• Strong analytical skills to drive problem resolution

• Strong Leadership and team participation skills

• Desire to drive continuous improvement, with a strong attention to detail

• Self-starter, with the ability to work both with a team or independently

• Experience working with diverse communities and groups

WORK ACCOUNTABILITIESDevelop and maintain relevant service line technology roadmaps relating to area of accountabilityDevelop and Design relevant processes and standards in the area of accountabilityDeploy all infrastructure for relevant service linesDesign and govern all BU infrastructure for relevant service linesAssist BUs with Infrastructure deployments and adoption for relevant service linesDevelop and maintain Demands for relevant service linesIdentify training requirements for the relevant service linesWork with BU's and support teams to optimize current and future designs and investments in areas of accountability.
