The role will be responsible for providing holistic HRIS support on all SAP HC Modules (e.g. Personnel Administration, Organisational Management, Time Evaluation, Talent Management, Performance Management, Payroll and reporting from SAP), compiling and generating reports from the SAP system, facilitating the end-to-end testing of configuration changes and updates, routinely conducting data audit checks and system maintenance, and function as the first-line support for all HC Modules for the business.The successful candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems and a SAP HR Certification. He/she should possess eight years of SAP reporting experience, and three to six years of experience working with SAP People & Culture Management (HCM).
