We're hiring a Specialist QA Engineer to join our Everyday Banking Cluster on a 12-month contract. xc3x82 3-5 years in Salesforce. 3-5 years Contact Centre experience. 5 years IT industry/Financial services. xc3x82 Industry Experience: Must have skills in Contact Centre technologies (AVAYA, IVR, ACD, Voice biometrics dialler). xc3x82 Be a proactive contributor to the full solution development lifecycle. Actively engage in daily Scrum and project planning meetings. Analyse and document test automation requirements. Develop, execute, and evaluate automated test scripts. Contribute to the design and selection of testing frameworks. Deliver automation and technical testing deliverables on time. Conduct performance monitoring on applications/components. DevOps: Follow engineering best practices and continuously improve knowledge. Leverage coding language understanding to deploy testing requirements. Understand and support the full technical solution being tested. Risk Governance: Ensure compliance with technical risk and governance requirements. Proactively identify and communicate risks. Participate in Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Incident Management processes. xc3x82 People: Participate in peer reviews and develop automation testing awareness across squads.
