To execute quality assurance services in accordance with the adopted Quality standards, Processes and Procedures. Key Responsibility Area
Execute comprehensive quality assurance activities in accordance with SITA Quality Assurance Methods and SITA software development lifecycle standards.
Conduct Internal and External Quality audits.
Ensure that resources (including self) are kept abreast of the latest industry developments and ensure that appropriate technologies are used for knowledge management so as to ensure innovation and improved productivity.
Support and analyse ICT standards, best practices and existing governance mechanisms.
Ensure effective and efficient service delivery in accordance with SITA Policy framework.
Deliver testing according to project plans and governance mechanisms to ensure overall compliance and improved service delivery. Qualifications and Experience
Minimum: 3-year National Diploma/Degree in an ICT related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Technology and/or Engineering) Certification: ISO 9001:2015 Certification is advantageous. Experience: 3-4 years' experience in the ICT field, including Quality Management, IT Planning, systems development / procurement, implementation, and maintenance / enhancements of integrated solutions across multiple hardware and software platforms with leadership, management, operational responsibility in a large corporate/public sector organisation, including experience in the quality assurance profession.
