Certified by the Top Employer Institute 2024.Role Purpose/Business Unit:Execution of high-risk tactical security tasks which include protection of Executives essentially to avoid risks or threats against the assets and people.Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify and prevent any threat against Executives or any assets
  • Conduct security risk assessments
  • Management of the overall security of Senior executives and delegates
  • Managing the secure transportation of Executives and delegates.
  • Event/Venue security management including board meetings and highly sensitive meetings on and off site
  • Residential reviews for Executives in order to provide guidance and support relating to threats and security technology.
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Matric/Grade 12 (Essential)
  • City and Guilds International CPO qualification
  • Certification in first aid level 3 (Essential)
  • PSIRA registration
  • Firearm Competency
Job Experience:
At least 3 - 5 years' relevant experience which must include the following:(Essential)
  • 3 years as a CPO for a CEO of JSE Top 40, Government Minister or equivalent
  • Military/ SAPS or security service training
  • Advance driving techniques, offensive and defensive driving
  • Unarmed combat
  • Threat and risk assessment
  • Operational planning
