Golf and Utility Fleet SA is looking for a Specialist: Technician to join their team at Kempton Park, Spartan branch. If you thrive on ensuring high quality of repairs within a vehicle repair workshop, are able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong attention to detail skills, we encourage your online application.Position OverviewThe purpose of the position is to perform maintenance to vehicles in order to ensure a fleet of vehicles which are available, reliable and safe to operate.
Specific Role Responsibilities

• Perform admin duties relevant to the role.
• Maintain inventory control by completing necessary admin for booking out parts and adhering to process in place for this.
• Maintain lube controls.
• Complete reports to report problems and work performed.
• Maintain safe and clean working conditions.
• Diagnostics on electric motors and combustion engines
• Perform servicing and repairs on site
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge, DC and AC systems
• All admin related to a technicians job function e.g: job cards, quotes
• Communication with clients

Qualifications and ExperienceMinimum Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent- essential
• Tertiary qualifications will be an advantage
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans
• 2 years of experience in a Workshop / Field Technician Environment

Minimum Requirements

• Valid unendorsed code 08 Drivers License, Code 10 or 14 will be an advantage
• Own Transport
