With a leadership mindset, you'll help guide and motivate fellow sales staff to deliver outstanding results and maintain our store's high standards.Job Duties:Cash Control

• Perform cash desk duties; ensure daily cash control, banking, and accurate manual transactions with zero cash variances.

Stock Control

• Follow daily stock procedures, manage customer orders, conduct weekly stock counts, and maintain storeroom organization and shoe pairing.

Customer Service

• Deliver outstanding customer service, foster relationships, and maintain strong product knowledge.

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' retail experience, preferably in apparel and footwear
• Shift running experience will be advantageous
• Complete Matric/Grade 12 qualification

Additional Requirements:

• Retail administration disciplines
• Stock & cash management
• Product knowledge
• Sales knowledge and selling skills
• Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to the cash desk, stockroom, admin and all other relevant policies
• Numerical ability
