SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:Please note this position is based in the Middle East.We are seeking a Senior Engineer / Construction Specialist with extensive experience in Oil and Gas Project Management Engineering, especially in the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) phases. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, supported by technical qualifications and a professional demeanor. This role will focus on supporting projects in the Jafurah field and ensuring their successful execution in line with industry standards.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction activities for Oil and Gas projects, focusing on the Jafurah Project.
• Oversee the EPC phases of projects, including engineering, material procurement, and construction management, ensuring compliance with all technical and safety requirements.
• Provide technical support for project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective project completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and resolve any project-related issues.
• Develop and implement construction schedules, monitor project progress, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Ensure construction processes are performed in compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve engineering and construction documents, including drawings, plans, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
• Facilitate effective communication among all project team members and stakeholders, both internal and external.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and construction personnel, ensuring a high level of performance across the team.

• A minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Engineer, with at least 5 years in Oil and Gas projects.
• Extensive experience in the EPC phases of projects, with a focus on construction management.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale Oil and Gas projects, preferably in the Jafurah Project or similar environments.
• Experience with project management processes, including procurement, construction scheduling, and cost management.
• Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of Oil and Gas construction engineering and project management.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Advanced technical and soft skills, including strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to present a professional and well-presented demeanor at all times.
• Familiarity with industry-specific software for construction management and project planning.
