This role is responsible for driving adoption and usage of Illuminas Low Throughput (LT) sequencing platforms and related consumables across the region, which includes commercialisation and go-to-market strategies for this product portfolios across all segments.The Regional Product Marketing Manager, AMEA will work closely with their marketing and commercial colleagues to ensure proper positioning of LT sequencing portfolio solutions, alignment of focus areas and support of the regions commercial goals. This person will also ensure that the activities executed in AMEA are in line with and contribute to the overall targets of Illuminas global marketing organization.The individual will be responsible for: development of product marketing strategies, both short and medium-term, including planning and executing of regional strategies for new product introductions. A key element of the role will be collecting, evaluating, reacting to and communicating field information, communicating customer feedback to influence Illuminas product development strategy and roadmap as well as commercial goals and objectives. This role will work closely with regional and global segment and product marketing and other functions across the organization to ensure all have appropriate visibility into upcoming launches, corporate priorities and assure alignment with global strategies.The ideal candidate for this position will have industry-specific product marketing experience and demonstrated success and operational experience within AMEA. In this position, the candidate would have the opportunity to collaborate across multi-disciplinary, international teams and cultivate key partnerships with KOLs in support of strategic programs. Successful candidates will combine strong scientific understanding with strategic analysis, business acumen and leadership skills.
